JW Pet Cat Shedding Blade Product Review Update – 7 Years Later!
we first reviewed the shedding blade in 2011.
I love to use it on Charlie and Trigg on humid summer days when we are outside. I took this video last summer when I did exactly that.

My cats, who hate being groomed, tolerate this shedding blade better than other grooming tools for their back/body area. I do not use it on their stomachs, legs or tail -just their back and sides of their bodies.
It easily removes loose hair from their coats – and so I prefer to do it outside so that when the hair flies everywhere, it doesn’t fly everywhere in my house. You can see from the video footage that it removes a significant amount of hair. It works on both Charlie’s and Trigg’s coats. Trigg’s coat is denser and flatter than Charlie’s puff-ball like coat.
The JW Pet Cat Shedding Blade is a circular shaped blade with tiny teeth that features a non-slip grip handle. We have had ours for over 7 years – You can buy the JW Pet Cat Shedding Blade on Amazon
We received the JW Pet Cat Shedding Blade for review from the manufacturer over 7 years ago. Receiving the free product did not influence this post.Hi, I’m Jenny Dean, creator of Floppycats!
