WooPet! Silicone Food Safe Cat Feeding Mat Product Review

I never knew I would like having a placemat for my cats until we first reviewed the WooPet! placemats. This is a newer version of the older version we have already reviewed.
I love these mats. They will have a place in our home for some time.
WooPet! sent us these to feature and show how they are slightly different. I like them more than the ones we previously reviewed because the design is just simple circles – the older version has dog bones and fish bones on them. Let’s just say, they’re more MY style. When I review products, I don’t always approach them from my preferred style – but rather the functunality, practility, safety, etc. for the cat and their owners. Aesthetic value does matter – but to each individual, so I leave that up to the reader.
The WooPet! placemat is a 100% food grade silicon, non-toxic, non-allergenic feeding mat that has a circular designed bump surface as well as a non-slip grip under the mat so that it stays in place. The perimeter of the mat has a higher edge to keep spilled food and liquid on the mat – amen! No more getting on my hands and knees to wipe up bits and pieces. In our review video below, you can see how easy it is to pick it up and take it to the sink to clean off.
As you can see in the photos, I usually have 3 small bowls on the placemat – a water bowl and then a bowl for Trigg’s food and a bowl for Charlie’s food. The manufacturer says that it works with any 4″-12″ pet bowl, elevated feeder, pet water fountain, etc. It measures 24″ x 16″.

I think it’s pretty obvious that I love this mat – I kept the grey one we got and my sister has the blue one. They are so lightweight and flexible – so easy to pick up and wash off. I love how my floors stay clean longer with this thing around.
