Here’s a staple in our (almost) every day life. The Safari Cat Shedding Comb has smooth rounded teeth of alternating lengths and a wooden handle. I have come to love the Safari Cat Comb more than I did when we first reviewed it.
Check out the EZ-Groomer cat shedding comb – watch out video to see how much hair it gets out of a Ragdoll cat’s coat.
I am asked a lot about cat brushes. However, it is usually difficult to refer anyone to anything because Charlie and Trigg borderline hate cat brushes and combs.
We have reviewed many cat brushes. I am not sure if I have a favorite – some do some things that other don’t do. What is your favorite cat brush and why?
Luckily, we weren’t able to test the Safari Flea Comb for Cats on it’s ability to actually remove fleas – but I did use it on the finer hair areas of my cats’ faces, etc.
I keep the Safari cat comb in my kitchen to quickly brush through Charlie and Trigg’s manes. I also liked that I saw it in my vet’s office.
I really like this little comb – it has two sides of different spaced tines for combing. It also has a hole, so that it’s easy to hang it in a drawer, inside a cabinet or wherever.
I love it. Charlie hates it. Trigg tolerates it. Caymus and Murphy barely know it’s there.
