SnapBox Canvas Print and Photo Pillow Case Product Review
Last week, we did a review of Canvas People product review. Their sister company, SnapBox, reached out to us after the ordering process video of the Canvas People one to see if we wanted to do a review of their SnapBox canvas prints as well as their photo pillow case.
When I think about the ordering process between Canvas People vs. Snapbox, I definitely preferred the speed of the Canvas People website. However, it was easy to order on both websites.
I love both of these – the canvas print and the photo pillow case – as awesome cat lover gifts.
Canvas Print from SnapBox
My sister, who is featured in our final review video, much prefers the canvas print from Canvas People. If I am to be completely honest, I didn’t really notice a difference between them. The Canvas People one is an eco matte canvas whereas the SnapBox is a premium glossy canvas.
SnapBox’s site in general is more targeted towards the professional photographer, than Canvas People’s is.
However, both of the canvas prints from photos that we did were of photos taken on an iPhone in portrait mode.
Here are some benefits to a SnapBox canvas print:
- 24 unframed & 26 framed sizes
- Hanging hardware is already installed, making it ready to hang
- Rubber bumpers, protecting wall surfaces and keeping print straight on the wall
- Thicker gallery wrapped on a 1.25″ deep stretcher bar
Make Your Own Photo Pillow Case
The pillow case is available in a 12×12, 13×19 or 18×18. You can order just the case or the case and the pillow. They are available in 3 different fabrics: canvas, linen and faux suede. We got the faux suede. The faux suede has a cream colored backside, but the canvas and linen pillows have a white colored backside.
I was more interested in seeing how the photo pillow case turned out, than the canvas print, only because it’s not as common. I was pleased with how it turned out – the pillow is definitely square – so you have to consider that when you are selecting a photo (which are usually rectangular).
I love the possibilities with something like this – you could use so many different kinds of photos to make really fun decorative pillows – you could even make them seasonal – with spring, fall, winter and summer or feature holidays like Christmas and Halloween, for example.

Hi, I’m Jenny Dean, creator of Floppycats! Ever since my Aunt got the first Ragdoll cat in our family, I have loved the breed. Inspired by my childhood Ragdoll cat, Rags, I created Floppycats to connect, share and inspire other Ragdoll cat lovers around the world,
I love all of the prints. I was thinking if only the eyes on Rags were in blue. The pillow would be worth framing.
