Ragdoll Rescue: Blue Mitted Ragdoll ready to Adopt

Last Updated on July 16, 2010 by Jenny

Ragdoll RescueI have a beautiful blue mitted, long-haired adult female Ragdoll cat almost ready for adoption. She is about 2 years old. She needs to be spayed as soon as she is finished nursing. I have been fostering her and her kittens since April for the Cowlitz County (WA) Humane Society. Her kittens were born on May 5th so it won’t be long until she can be fixed. She is much like a Ragdoll cat in temperament. I had a pedigree Ragdoll for 13 years and Momma Kitty reminds me of my Pumpkin. She is very laid back, quiet and shows no interest in going outside. I think she would make a great companion for an apartment dweller. She hasn’t been around dogs or children so I have no idea how she would do with them but I think she would do fine. She is playful too. She is so beautiful and sweet I’m sure someone out there would like to bypass the problems of raising a kitten and adopt her. She must be adopted through the Cowlitz County Humane Society but I intend to keep her until she is adopted out. She has been on Revolution for 2 months and is very healthy. Please see their website for adoption details: http://www.cowlitzhumane.com/KittyKorner.htm . Email me for specific questions about the cat. Thanks for reading!

What a lovely Rag. If she was nearby…oh, how tempting. Sadly I live across the country (and Raina likes being queen of the house!) I hope Momma finds a forever home soon. She deserves it!
