I recently published a request on our Facebook page, asking if anyone had a Ragdoll cat-focused YouTube channel to please reach out to me. I want to start featuring different YouTube channels that have Ragdoll cats – so readers can learn about them.
Hello Ragdoll lovers!
My name is Jelena and I am proud Mommy of two Ragdoll boys Jeremy and Luigi. Together with my husband (aka “Daddy”) we make small family of four living in Croatia. When Jenny from Floppycats asked us to be a part of her YouTube Channel features, we were thrilled. Jeremy was already Floppycats’s Ragdoll of the week and we are already writing Luigi’s story (link will be active on July 31st 2017) so, you’ll be able to read booth of their stories in more details in “Ragdoll of The Week”. Maybe some of you already know about us, but for those of you who don’t, here is a short story of our two furballs.
When we got Jeremy we wanted to make a YouTube channel so we could share his life with our friends and family. But soon, it became something much more than that and we decided to create him a Facebook page too.
Tired of all negativity surrounding us wherever we looked, we decided to be a super positive page/channel and I’m proud to say that we got some amazing feedbacks on both platforms. My husband does all the videos and I’m extremely thankful to him because now we get to have this amazing memories of our furry boys growing up. As you can imagine, having two Ragdolls is a lot of fun (and fur) so making videos about them is my hubby’s way of relaxing – fulfilling creative hobby, and I couldn’t support him more. Although it all started as a way to share videos with just our family, some 90 videos later, it turn into sharing them with wonderful cat lovers from all over the world – and that’s the most exciting part of it all! We get to meet some amazing people and I can say we made some dear friends along the way.
We use both platforms to share ideas, give advices or just enjoy each other kitties and the only rule is „Stay pawsitive“ 😉 Make no mistake, the true stars of this channel are those two, inseparable troublemaking duo, we are just two humans responsible for filming and editing it into funny and amusing stories. We are also first time cat owners so we like to use Youtube to put our spin on their adventures.
I should probably say a word or two about the two divas of this channel. Jeremy is a blue bicolour Ragdoll, and although he is the older one, he isn’t the heavier out of the two (Luigi should really stop with the snacking between his naps). He came to our home from Slovenia and he was the first Ragdoll we ever held. It was the love at first sight for sure. Those blue eyes, bunny like fur and his pink nose was enough to make us go completely crazy for the little rascal. I really can’t say enough about how perfect this breed really is. However, as Ragdolls are very social kitties, he didn’t like being alone, so we decide to get him a little brother to play with. Luigi is from Italy and he is blue tabby (lynx) point and white mitted boy. He may be 9 months younger than Jeremy, but they are already the same size. And by looking at their paws, it seems like Luigi will be the bigger one Eating, sleeping and playing are their favourite “activities” so don’t mind that there are more than one videos of them being “active” 😉
I don’t know what else to write, so why don’t you check our YouTube channel and/or Facebook page and feel free to ask or comment.
