Petstages makes one of my favorite cat things, the Petstages Snuggle Scratch and Rest, so when they asked if we would be interested in trying out some of their toys, I thought it would be fun – and it was! Just watch the video below to see what I mean!
The Petstages Flirty Bird Flyer is a gun that has a little birdie attachment on the end of it – when you shoot it, it shoot across the room, but it also still attached by a fishing wire. So then you can reel it back into the gun and shoot it again!
I so like the concept of this – it’s just genius. I think everyone can enjoy it and certainly would be a great way to get guests to engage with your kitties – who doesn’t want to shoot a toy gun that isn’t going to hurt anyone.
It is important that your kitty is not left unattended with your cat – see what I mean by watching the video in entirety below!
There is somewhat of a crappy review of it on Amazon.com, and I think the person that wrote that didn’t try too hard to experiment with reeling it back in. I ran into the same problem, but as I discussed in the video below, you only want to use this interactive cat toy to point and shoot and reel back in – don’t let your kitty play with the unraveled fishing wire.
You can buy the Petstages Flirty Bird Flyer on Amazon for $13.11 & it’s eligible for FREE Super Saver Shipping on orders over $25 .
We received the Petstages Flirty Bird Flyer from the manufacturer. Receiving the free product did not influence this review.
