PEPONA – A Bicolor Ragdoll Kitten in Argentina

10 PEPO (0)Hi dear new Ragdolls friends!!! I want to let you know how I fell in love with Ragdolls… First of all, I want to tell you that I have always had dogs and I have never had a cat before I owned my new Ragdoll. And the reason was that I thought cats were unfriendly, lonely, loveless and unclean animals… (How silly was I, my God!!!). PEPONA - A Bicolor Ragdoll Kitten in Argentina But this year, I don’t know, why… I said to myself that I wanted to own a cat. OK… but which one??? That WAS the question!!! PEPONA - A Bicolor Ragdoll Kitten in ArgentinaSo, I talked to my DOGS’S Guru, named Adriana Moran (my dear friend, Shih-Tzu’s breeder), and she told me about this wonderful breed!!! She also told me about a woman she had heard who was a RAGDOLL breeder, cause unfortunately, here in Argentina, there aren’t so many ragdolls breeders as in many parts of the world… After searching for Ragdolls breeder’s, in my country. I found several of them… and between the three or four I found in Buenos Aires, I fell in love immediately with a woman named Liliana Verdi. So I bought my first Ragdoll from her… And do you know what??? Unfortunately, in the end, this woman wasn’t who I thought she was. She gave me my babycat with 2 cat fungus in her body… without any vaccine given… and, as you should guess, she wasn’t even dewormed. Of course, I had to take my sweet baby to my vet… and began to make things as they must be done. PEPONA - A Bicolor Ragdoll Kitten in Argentina Now I have done all the tests my Pepona needed… I want to add to my little story that this woman has, this year, been cast from FEDAGAT.ORG, because of so many complaints from so many people. But, thanks to “Universe”, all that stuff that had happened to me is just History!!! PEPONA - A Bicolor Ragdoll Kitten in Argentina Well but now I want to tell you something more about my shaggy daughter, my PEPONA, as I call to my little sweet baby Ragdoll: PEPONA got her name from the real name of the breed… cause “Ragdoll”, in Spanish, means “muñeca de trapo”. And in Argentina we call “Peponas” to ragdolls. Do you follow me? That’s why, my kitten’s name is PEPO or PEPONA… PEPO was born on July,25th. She is 6 months old now. I was so happy since the moment she looked at me with her beautiful blue eyes!!! Really, I would never imagine falling in love so fast with a cat!!!

PEPONA - A Bicolor Ragdoll Kitten in Argentina She loves when I hold her in my arms, and of course, she lets me know that, cause she begins her purr at once. I am a teacher here. And my pupils are always carrying her in their arms… and they make their work with Pepo on their desks!!!

PEPONA - A Bicolor Ragdoll Kitten in Argentina She also enjoys, so much, her taking pictures. PEPONA - A Bicolor Ragdoll Kitten in Argentina She likes jumping as a rabbit on my bed. But she doesn’t like neither shouting, nor annoying noises. PEPONA - A Bicolor Ragdoll Kitten in Argentina She likes chicken a lot!!! and I also give her some tuna cause she loves it!!! She eats dry royal canin for kittens and I also give her wet royal canin “Intense Beauty” and each time she listens to me opening the small wet bag… she immediately, jumps over my kitchen countertop!!! (She loves it!!!) Now I am writing to you and she is with me, on my chest, may be watching and also “guessing” what I am writing about her to you!!! Hahaha!!! PEPONA - A Bicolor Ragdoll Kitten in Argentina I’d like also to tell you that I have 2 shih-tzus and 1 yorkie. And I tried to introduce my baby Pepo to them, step by step, cause I didn’t want Pepo to feel stressed because of her little shaggy sisters!!! They were doing it quite well altogether, during their first shared days at home… but I thought that it was too early to leave them alone. So I let them run in my bedroom, but I was always taking care of them… And after a month, we were all much more relaxed!!! Nowadays, they sleep piled up, altogether on my enormous bed, in my bedroom… PEPONA - A Bicolor Ragdoll Kitten in Argentina Besides, I want to tell you that I have bought a lot of CAT IT products for her… and PEPO loves playing with them. And you know what??? I have also bought for her the Smartsift litter for cats: Catit. And let me tell you that it’s wonderful!!! And besides, it’s so easy to be cleaned!!! My sweet PEPO loves it!!! My PEPO is on You Tube, and I’m sharing a link to my channel with you!!! Thank you for sharing your story all the way from Argentina! Your little Pepona is adorable! What a beauty. It sounds like you actually saved her life by taking her when you did. Heaven knows what other diseases she might have contracted had Pepo stayed with that breeder. The video shows the love and zest you have for life. Enjoy your lovely furry family and your sweet daughter, Margarita. Thank you again for sharing.
