Fuzz/Fetch! Alpaca Ball Toy for Cats 3 Pack of Fun Product Review

Alpaca Cat Balls with Catnip from Sugarboys on Etsy with Ragdoll Cat CharlieFuzz/Fetch! Alpaca Ball Toy for Cats 3 Pack of Fun Product Review

A reader mentioned, I think in a YouTube comment, that we should review the Fuzz/Fetch! Alpaca Ball Toy for Cats 3 Pack of Fun from SugarBoys on Etsy.  So I reached out to Sugarboys on Etsy to see if they would be willing to send us some to check out.

We ended up getting 4 Alpaca felted wool balls from Sugarboys –  a 3-pk and then 1 jingle ball (same size/looking ball but with a bell inside).  When we were emailing with Sugarboys, they asked if we would want the trio steeped in catnip tea or not.  There is no extra charge for this for customers, just choose the catnip option before you check out – so I said that we would like to try it out.

Alpaca Cat Balls with Catnip from Sugarboys on Etsy with Ragdoll Cat TriggSince they were having warm rainy weather in Virginia at the time, it took a few more days for the balls to dry.  Just something to take into account when ordering.

The Fuzz/Fetch! ball is a durable, washable cat ball toy is made with alpaca fiber and a Corriedale hybrid sheep wool exterior.  It’s a dense and firm ball – and  approximately 1.5 inches/4 centimeters in diameter, weighing approximately .45-55 ounces/12-16 grams.  Each ball is handmade – making each one unique.

You can also refresh the balls – if they get a bit tired looking, just throw them in the washer and dryer, then resteep them in catnip (you buy catnip and brew them like you would in a bowl with tea). Then they’re like new again!

They will pick the colors for you – unless you specify a specific color.  The colors vary but include: pinks, corals, purples, yellows, browns, blues and greens.

We received a 4th ball that had a bell inside of it – a jingle ball.  I preferred it over the rest just because it got the kitties attention to start playing.  If I were to buy these as gifts for someone or for my cats, I would probably get the jingle balls with the catnip tea infused bonus.

These are great, safe toys – the boys really like them – batting them around, chasing after them, bunny kicking them and more.  I think these are great toys to have around the house, and I love supporting a handmade seller.
