Floppycatter Reports: Litter-Robot Review Months Later

Have you noticed that I love when a reader writes in and reports back about a product we have reviewed?  I do, and I love this one even more because it’s months later – showing true testament to the product. Cindy wrote in the following: Hey Jenny! I just wanted to let you know that back in October 2017, I finally was able to order the Litter Robot. It took a little bit for my Neo to use it, but Seven used it right away. Since day one, I had issues with the inside shield sticking and I found it very annoying. I contacted the company months ago and was told that I could just remove the shield. They did not mention that there was a plug available for the back. I did not want to leave the hole, so the shield stayed. You posted a video about removing the shield and inserting a plug. I wanted to order it, but kept forgetting until a few days ago. I went to their website and could not find the plug, so I emailed the company. I received a reply from Rachael that they were sending me a plug. Happy day! I then received an email for the shipping/billing info and here is no charge! An even happier day! I’m very happy with the Open Air Litter Robot and would recommend it to anyone that has cats. Like you, I have other litter boxes in the house and they do use them, but mostly they use the Litter Robot 🙂 Thank you so much for you site. giveaways and videos. I enjoy them all very much!! It’s tight quarters in my laundry closet and usually a mess, because it’s also a storage area. I keep the bifold door open a bit so that my cats can get in, but keep the dogs out. The dogs like the to dine on the “Tootsie rolls”. Lol Later!
