Learn more about the process of getting your cat’s blood draw
5 years ago today I said goodbye physically to one of my great loves in this life.
Today is my Rags’ birthday – he’s gone now, but I always think of him today. He is the reason for this site – so you’ll never stop hearing about him =)
Rags passed away on March 30, 2009 at 19.5+ years old. For those of you who don’t know – Rags is the reason this website exists.
My Rags would have been 23 today. How fun would it be to have him around. I miss him so.
It’s really difficult for me to believe that my gorgeous Rags has been gone for 3 years.
As far as I know, I think most of us have reoccurring dreams, but do you have reoccurring dreams about your cats? How about your dead ones? I do! I wanted to share mine, see what your interpretations were and also see what your dreams were.
Rags was born August 8th, 1989 at Ragnarok Cattery in California and came to Kansas City in November 1989.
I am a firm believer that we are given what we need to grow in life. I also believe that I am supposed to have the cats I have, those are Charlie and Trigg and that I was supposed to have Rags. Although, he, technically, is not mine, I have a very strong bond with Caymus, so he is also included.
I was talking to a friend a few days ago and telling her about my Silversmithing classes and how I had created this box for Rags’ ashes – as we were getting off the phone, she said she wanted to see photos of it, so I just went to Floppycats.com and linked to the posts I did.
