Cat Genie Review

CatGenieI adore my bicolor Ragdoll cat.  I love that at the end of a long day at work, I can come home and she is there to greet me. She demands very little from me; a little attention, food and water.  Then, of course, there is the litter box. There is nothing worse than having to clean out the litter box. It is the one job I put off until it was absolutely necessary until a friend told me about the CatGenie 120 Self-Washing, Self-Flushing Cat Box.  I am thrilled that I no longer have to smell, touch or buy kitty litter!

Initially, I was reluctant to purchase the CatGenie 120 Self-Washing, Self-Flushing Cat Box because it is rather expensive.  However, I hated coming home to the smell of the litter box and decided to give this product a try. I have never been happier.

This product promises not only to flush waste away, but to clean itself as well. But, it really does. The plastic granules are permanent, so they never have to be replaced. Liquid waste drains from the granules and is flushed away. The Genie Hand scoops out the solid waste, turns it to liquid and it is also flushed away.  Fresh water then fills the basin and the CatGenie 120 begins cleaning the granules and also dries them. The SaniSolution that this unit uses is biodegradable and safe for my favorite Ragdoll cat. The best thing is that I no longer have to touch, smell or buy kitty litter again.
