Sojos NaturalCat Salmon Cat Treats Review: Jerky for Your Cat? Nope, Better

My Ragdoll Cats Review Sojos Natural Wild Caught Salmon Treats

Sojos NaturalCat Salmon Cat TreatsI’d be hard pressed to find a cat who was opposed to the freeze-dried salmon.

When we review food – there is only one thing I can truly review – and that is if my cats like it enough to eat it and also if it causes diarrhea or vomiting.  My cats enjoyed these immensely and did not have diarrhea or vomiting from them in the quantities I gave them on a daily basis.  The reason I cannot review the nutrition value, etc. of them is because that’s not my area of expertise.

Sojos NaturalCat Salmon Cat Treats are made 100% raw wild-caught salmon that’s been gently freeze dried to protect the natural enzymes, vitamins and minerals.

Of course, I would never offer my cats a product that I didn’t think was OK for them to try out and eat.  There are no artificial preservatives, flavors, or colors in these treats – just like our Whole Life Pet treeats – they are 1-ingredient treats.  And that one ingredient is real meat, of course, making them 100% grain and gluten free.

We got a very small 1 oz package that lasted us about 1 week.  How long it lasts will depend on how many cats you have and how many treats you give them on a daily basis.

I liked these treats – their size and also that they will be great to use for “dusting” over certain flavors of canned cat food that I struggle to get my cats to eat.

  1. Great post & review, Jenny! Your reviewers have convinced me that these treats are PAWESOME! So adorable how they use their paws to dig out the treats (I call it goin’ fishin’!)! The last part of the video with Chiggy fishin’ for his fishy treats was just super adorable. That was a happy look on his face for sure once he ate them! What was he swatting at in that last part of the video? So curious about that…lol 🙂 <3

They were just nomming out on them like crazy. Now, I want some! lol 🙂

No fishy treats for my girl, though. She just doesn't care for them. She's a chicken and turkey gal all the way through with her food and her treats. She always turns her nose up at fishy food and treats. Maybe she'll change her tastes as she gets older, though, so I won't give up on trying altogether. 🙂 <3
    Big hugs!

    Patti & Miss Pink Sugarbelle 🙂 <3
