Hi I’m Freyr, which means “the one who bestows peace and happiness on mortals.”  I am a blue colour point Ragdoll, I live with my lovely sister Freya and our older “sister” Katie, who is a rescue DSH. My friend MacLeod, the American Eskimo went to Summerland this August, I do miss him, but will see him again one day.  Katie is 13, Freya and I are almost 2 years old.  I weigh 16lbs now.  I admit I have a paper fetish. If I want attention I eat paper wherever I can find or steal it.  I once took a cheque out of the cleaning lady’s purse and ate enough that Mom had to write her another one.

Recently Mom added MonAimee and Mani Rune, two blue mitted Ragdolls.  I love the newbies.

I guess I should tell my story, Mom was adopting a retired queen (Lucy), but she went and saw the kittens (she is a sucker for kittens, wait til you hear MonAimee’s story) . There was a small possibility that one of the Lucy’s kittens, but just in case she found another breeder (Laurie at RocknRagz), who had a litter born about the same time.  In the end I came home December 15, 2009. Lucy’s kitten was picked up by his new mom and my Mom talked to Laurie again (she has decided she wanted two kittens by this time), one of my sisters was left, Mom brought Freya home a week later.  I was so happy to see her.  Lucy arrived in January 2010, sadly she and Katie just would not make friends with each other.  She went to another forever home in Nebraska – that’s in another country and another story.
