Hello!

Does your Ragdoll or cat use a cat bed at all? Or do they prefer to sleep in your bed or even on you? Before my cat passed away, she was not much of a cat bed kitty at all and preferred to sleep on my bed in between my legs. She only slept in a cat bed when she was feeling unwell. I love it when cats sleep in both a cat bed and on your bed with you, mine eventually have to move since I move around a lot during my sleep haha.

As a kitten Dante used to get up on the pillows above our heads and wrap himself over the top of your head like a big warm hat, however as he grew he quickly found himself slipping off the pillows thanks to the weight in his arse end, he now sleeps under our bedon the floor or in his own lambs wool bed on the cold nights, this was entirely his own choice as much as I would love to have him up on the bed with us….this hasn't stopped the 5:00 am stampede when he decides that he is on the wrong side of the door

My two have never slept on the bed, although this would be fine with me.  I've bought several cat beds, none of which they sleep on, either.  Both cats prefer to sleep under my bed on top of my luggage.  Bella, my mink, will grace me with her presence for a little while by curling up beside me each night.  Then she's off to sleep elsewhere.  Henley never curls up with me.  She uses the bed as a playground for a few minutes and then is on her way.  The great thing is they really don't have an internal alarm clock.  I teach, so in the summer I get to sleep in.  They never wake me up or insist it's breakfast time.  I may hear them playing, but it's not nose to nose telling me it's time.  I've never had a cat that didn't do this.  Love it!

All three of my cats sleep on my bed, but not for the whole night. Katie (DSH) must have the spot by my head, Freya usually sleeps by my feet, using my foot as a pillow.  Freyr being Freyr (trouble maker) likes to bother both Katie and Freya until they move, he sleeps there for a little bit, then goes off to sleep with the dog.  I am hoping the new fellow will sleep with me cuddled a little closer, but of course with the hotflashes sf surprised Ragdoll Cat Forum this might not be such a good thing eithersf frown Ragdoll Cat Forum
