My kitty Cecelia’s 1st birthday is coming up on April 26th, 2011 and she would love to have a new collar to show off to the family and friends.
I’d love to get this for my tabby. He so desperately wants to get outside, but I’m afraid he’ll go where I can’t get him. (we don’t have a fenced in yard)
