CatVacay : Find Pet Sitters Online

CatVacay: An Online Resource to Help You Find a Vetted and Insured Pet Sitter

Today the folks over at DogVacay, an app and website that helps you to find a great pet sitter online, have launched CATVacay, which as you might deduce, is the cat version of their popular DogVacay site.

CATVacay is an online platform that connects cat owners with thousands of vetted and insured pet sitters across the country, who watch your cat in their home or yours instead of your kitty being cooped up at the vet’s office.

CatVacay’s Customer Care team personally interviews and hand-approves every single pet sitter in the community, and only 15% of applicants are approved.  “We take it very seriously when people trust us to take care of their furry family members, and we back our sitters up with 24/7 customer care and $25,000 of vet insurance for each vacay.”

CATVacay has hundreds of approved sitters in each major US city who are available to do home visits and check ins for kitties.

I often get inquiries from readers wondering what they can do with their kitty when they go on vacation – this is an insured resource for cat owners to find a sitter in their own neighborhood.

The average rate for in-home check-ins runs between $15-20.

If you’re interested in signing up for CATVacay, use the promo code “FLOPPYCATS” for a $10 credit, (first time users only; valid through 6/1/15).  If you have any questions about CATVacay, please post them below or shoot me an email and I will get an answer for you.

Wow! Great info. I was just talking about how hard it is for us to leave our kittehs if we need to travel and can’t take them with us, etc…, with a good friend just the other day…. Great timing with this info.

Thank you, Jenny! This is definitely worth checking out.

    Big hugs!

Very hard to travel when you won’t leave your babies with just anyone. Our cats get anxious when we are away. I hate it and miss them so!
