CatGeeks ComfyCat Cave Felted Cat Cave Product Review 3
Bird’s Eye view of how Chiggy fits

Back in October, I posted a review of the CatGeeks Comfy Cat Cave.  It’s become a staple in our home – Trigg uses it all the time.  The other night he got excited and used it as a scratching pad – it’s so thick and the fibers are so tight that his clawing didn’t cause any damage.

One of our readers/subscribers on YouTube asked me to do a video of the CatGeeks Comfy Cat Cave Colorfastness.  I forgot to share it at the time, so here it is.  I have also included our review video below.

As you can see from the video, the color fastness was incredible as well.  Many readers have posted photos of their kitties in the caves on Facebook, which has been fun too.

Do you have one of these yet?

  1. Great videos, Jenny! Lurve how much Chig-doo enjoyes his cat cave! We have a wool cat cave bed from a different maker and Miss PSB hardly ever uses it. I have tried catnipping it and moving it to various places around our apartment but she pretty much continues to ignore it (with the exception of when the cat cave was new and I unboxed it and when I placed it on our couch one time…after that it was “No, thank you. Not interested.” Sigh…) I think she’s more of a cardboard cat bed kitty than a wool cat cave kitty. lol 🙂 <3

    Big hugs!

    Patti & Miss Pink Sugarbelle 🙂 <3

    1. Dang it – yes, I think you have a Lollycadoodle cave! And sorry to hear it – I have to say Chiggy has shown more interest in this cat cave than he did in the Lollycadoodle – go figure!

      1. Yup. Lollycadoodle is IT! Don’t know why I couldn’t remember that name yesterday…lol So funny about Chiggy preferring this cat cave over the Lollycadoodle one…. 🙂 <3

    1. Hi Lyn,

I never bought anything but a smaller cat carrier for my cats when they were kittens (and THE ONLY reason I got a smaller carrier was because I flew with them in cabin on a plane). It is incredibly silly to get smaller beds, etc when they grow so fast and end up being their adult size the majority of their lives. I have said it before – I wouldn’t buy for the kitten, I would buy for the adult cat. Have you read our book yet?

      Thanks,
      Jenny

  2. Those look so nice and look very similiar to the Lollycadoodle bed that we have had for about 3 years now. They really do hold up well. Only Gracie sleeps in ours despite moving it all around the house to see if location was the problem. Am glad that she loves it though and seems like it will last a lifetime! Thanks so much for the great review!♥♥♥
