Ragdoll Congress in Denver

by Jenny on October 6, 2010

Although I love Ragdolls to pieces, I am not a big cat show person. I think I could get into them, but I have not had great experiences with them – people seem to be rude, cold and just generally annoyed with anyone that is excited about their cats.

Ragdoll Cats Swimming

by Jenny on August 25, 2010

When I was in my early 20s, my parents moved into a house and put in a pool. I had always been curious if Rags could swim like the dogs. But I never had the opportunity to put him in anything – so I never tried it. Until! my parents got a pool.

Valentino – Ragdoll of the Week

by Jenny on July 19, 2010

I was visiting my sister in NY and became enchanted by her adorable Ragdoll kitten, Lilly. We visited my sister’s friend who had Lilly’s sister, Penny, another beautiful Ragdoll, a large, sweet lap sitter. My sister and niece encouraged me to get a kitten, and so I considered it.

This is a fun photo using selective desaturation. All colors are removed, except for blue. Abby has very blue eyes to start with, but this treatment really makes them pop.

by Jenny on June 30, 2010
