Murphy, who I call, “Beau” is my parents’ other Ragdoll cat from Bluegrass Rags. He is the reason my parents have Caymus, actually.

Caymus, my heart cat, is 7 years old today! Although I love an older kitty, I don’t love that he’s getting older at the same time, if that makes sense! Thanks to my sister for taking this photo. Caymus is such a good sport.

On May 20, 2011, Caymus and Murphy went in for their routine check-up and the vet thought that Caymus had had unhealthy weight loss – specifically muscle loss on either side of his spine.

I am a firm believer that we are given what we need to grow in life. I also believe that I am supposed to have the cats I have, those are Charlie and Trigg and that I was supposed to have Rags. Although, he, technically, is not mine, I have a very strong bond with Caymus, so he is also included.

Yesterday, I was messing around with Charlie’s coat and noticed that he might have a cat birthmark – otherwise I don’t know what it would be – sorry for the photo quality, they were taken on my iPhone.

Charlie is very vocal and Trigg is always giving Charlie the arched side view to appear very large, althoug he weighs 3 lbs. lighter than Trigg. Curious to know if this is common Ragdoll cat behavior.

My Rags as well as my mom’s cats as well as Charlie and Trigg love to play in the bed sheets when I am making the bed. I love it. It’s hilarious.

I’ve often heard that Ragdolls aren’t cats, but are dogs. When it comes to our daily mail delivery, Trigg is more like a dog than a cat.

Rags, was my family’s cat, who I got when I was 10 years old. He lived until he was 19.5, so until I was 29 years old (I am now 31). Since I had Rags for so long and because I was the most into him, I ended up claiming him as mine – although he was my family’s cat. After he died, about 6 months later, I got Charlie and a month later, Trigg in 2009.

Laura, a vet tech at KC Cat Clinic, was kind enough to take these photos for me, so that I could put them on the website.
