Bergan Voyager Large Pet Carrier Review by

Trigg in the Bergan Voyager Cat Carrier The Bergan Voyager Large Pet Carrier is a new carrier out on the market – Bergan released it as a new product a few months ago.  When I saw it, I expressed interest in reviewing it, so Bergan sent us one to check out.

I am always attracted to pet carriers because there are so many out there and I am looking to find the great ones.

Here are some of the features of the Bergan Voyager Comfort Carrier™ (as pointed out in our final review video posted below):

  • Top Loading (Large Size Only)
  • Pockets for toys, water or treats
  • Airline compatible
  • Easy Access to your pet
  • Seat-Belt Loops for car travel
  • Washable fleece travel bed

We reviewed the large, but this carrier also comes in a small.  There are also 5 colors available:

  • Black
  • Purple
  • Air Blue
  • Bright Blue
  • Pink

Dimensions of the large one:13″ X 19″ X 10″

Bergan Voyager Large Pet Carrier in Black Blue Review by Floppycats2

I do like this carrier for:

  • Airline travel (granted it meets the airline’s regulations for size of carrier and this varies with each airline, so be sure to check with your airline)
  • Short trips to and from the vet
  • Short car travel

My cats are both 14bs – they were able to turn around in the carrier, but were limited on space over all, so I wouldn’t use this carrier for long road trips.  Of course, if my cats were smaller, I wouldn’t mind using it – so just depends on the size of your cat.

I have another carrier by Bergan that I love. I feel really secure taking my cats to the vet in it.

Now this is quite strange. Chiggy is purportedly a tad small for a male Ragdoll – he doesn’t look small to me – yet he barely fits in a large carrier. Waz up wit dat???
